Refund policy

Before requesting any refund please contact us to assist with any inconvenience that you may have.

All our purchase are FINAL witch mean we do not accept  any Cancel Orders or item back, if after talking about any issue that you may have a partial refund can be provide (50%) but for this you need to return the items purchase in good condition. If you already use the items the partial refund CAN NOT be apply. 

If after the inspection the item pass our protocol we will assist with 50% of your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at backdropsg@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, client that want to return the item will have to pay shipping cost back to Backdrop's G, Backdrop's G will not provide a return label, we will provide the instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

If the item is damage you may need to start a claim with UPS https://www.ups.com/us/en/support/file-a-claim.page


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Due to our product is custom products. We also do not accept returns. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, 50% will be only be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


Return Labels:

WE DO NOT offer return label due to we are not able to know the dimensions for the package. YOU will have to package the item and use any carrier to retuned the item back to our showroom. Once package is received and inspected we can process the refund to the payment method that you use.
